HIKE2 has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Engagement Lead. We are seeking a visionary to help shape the tech stack for our Enterprise clients. We want you to be able to solution on the fly and really dig into the question; “What does the client want to do?” while recognizing today’s technical and clients limitations and provide a path to deliver a top notch solution to the client.
What You’ll Do
Manage large and enterprise client engagements, serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader in tech strategy with a focus on AI and implementation
Lead SCRUM activities for a team of software engineers
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into innovative AI strategies and solutions
Gather requirements, architect and implement cutting-edge AI solutions tailored to each client's unique needs, showcasing your expertise in complex AI projects
Design and optimize cloud solutions across hybrid cloud environments, ensuring security and efficiency
Work with client development teams and partners to manage the full engagement lifecycle
Collaborate on the development of frameworks, governance models, and best practices to accelerate AI solution development and ensure successful delivery, establishing yourself as a leader in the AI consulting space
Job requirements
At least (overall) 5+ years of experience in managing and/or delivering software solutions, with a proven track record of success in client-facing roles.
Experience in SCRUM
Ability to influence decisions and grow junior team members
Understanding of cloud infrastructure and cloud infrastructure design and database design
Knowledge of AI components and previous experience with AI solutions such as RAG models or leveraging LLM API’s a plus
Knowledge of best practices regarding API integration
Hands-on experience in full life cycle of software development
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, essential for helping shape and lead technical engagements
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Advanced knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure
Knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries
Previous experience working within a law firm or building products related to legal
Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools
The annual base salary range is $100,000-$175,000 year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the HIKE2. total compensation package, which includes the below:
