How We’ll Align:
We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Analyst with expertise in business process mapping, Salesforce administration, JIRA, and BI tools like Tableau to optimize and improve business operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in process mapping, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to work cross-functionally to drive efficiency and automation. Experience with emerging AI tools and automation technologies is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Process Mapping: Analyze, document, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and automation opportunities.
Salesforce Administration: Configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations to support business operations.
JIRA Management: Manage and optimize JIRA workflows, automation rules, and issue tracking to support project management and agile methodologies.
BI & Data Analytics: Utilize Tableau and other BI tools to analyze data, build insightful dashboards, and provide actionable business insights.
AI & Automation Integration: Leverage emerging AI tools and automation solutions to streamline processes and enhance decision-making.
Operational Efficiency: Identify and address inefficiencies in business processes, recommending solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT teams to gather insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
Data-Driven Insights: Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic decision-making and process optimization.
Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
Job requirements
2-5 years of experience in business process mapping, operations analysis, and process optimization.
Strong Salesforce Administration and dataloading skills .
Proficiency in JIRA, including workflow configuration, automation, and project tracking.
Experience with Tableau and other BI tools to analyze data, create dashboards, and deliver insights.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools for business operations, process automation, or data analysis (e.g., AI-driven analytics, workflow automation, chatbots, RPA).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for process improvement.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
Experience working in an agile environment and supporting project management initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, UiPath, Alteryx, or other workflow automation platforms.
Experience in a tech, SaaS, or consulting environment.

Salary/Benefits:
The annual base salary range is $60,000-$80,000/USD a year depending on years of experience. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the HIKE2 total compensation package, which includes the below:
