How We’ll Align
We are looking for a Data Integration Consultant who will report directly to the Data Practice Manager and play a critical role in building and optimizing the client’s data integration pipelines. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in designing, building, and managing complex data integration workflows, with a strong focus on Snowflake and other modern data integration platforms. The role requires expertise in API integration, Change Data Capture (CDC), batch processing, delta processing, and experience working within enterprise bus architectures to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining the Snowflake platform, working with stakeholders to ensure the platform meets their needs. Strong Snowflake Development will also help to evangelize and promote Snowflake Platform for various clients. Work with other developers to create and improve the snowflake platform and its applications.
Familiarity with latest web development frameworks and a good understanding of how Snowflake works
Responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving the Snowflake Open Source software platform. This includes developing and maintaining Snowflake’s core platform, as well as providing support to the snowflake community.
Job requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience in data integration/Snowflake development
Deep experience with data integration platforms, particularly Snowflake
Strong understanding of API integration and building real-time data synchronization between systems.
Proven expertise in Change Data Capture (CDC), batch processing, delta processing, and incremental data loading strategies.
Experience with enterprise bus architecture for managing real-time data flow and event-driven integrations.
Hands-on experience with SQL databases and cloud-based data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
Proficiency in building data pipelines for systems like Salesforce, Workday, Aderant, and other cloud-based or enterprise applications.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data integration challenges.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Understanding of data governance and data security practices
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and how integrated data supports business reporting and analytics.
Experience working within a regulated industry or compliance-heavy environment.
Salary/Benefits:
The annual salary range is $75,000-$140,000+/ year (depending on experience). This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the HIKE2 total compensation package, which includes the below:
