What You’ll Do

HIKE2 has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, dynamic and proactive client partner. We are seeking an individual with a profound understanding of organizational operations and current data program trends, capable of effectively navigating and selling data programs and services into enterprise-level clients. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise and network to drive sales and shape data solutions that align with the evolving needs and objectives of our enterprise clientele.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within target industries and verticals, leveraging market research and networking efforts to uncover new business opportunities for our data services and offerings.

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, positioning our data services and offerings as solutions to their business challenges and objectives.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and lead generation teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives that drive awareness and engagement with our data services and offerings.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and discovery meetings with clients to understand their data-related pain points, goals, and priorities, positioning our solutions as strategic enablers of their success.

  • Develop and present compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of our data services and offerings, tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each client.

  • Ensures that strategic objectives of organization and engagements are constantly aligned, measured, and achieved.

  • Generates ongoing engagement opportunities (and closes them) through deep and wide understanding of client’s business and Roadmap.

  • Build solution timeline and team (roles, allocations, potential named resources)

  • Be the HIKE2 subject matter expert on the Hike2 data offerings, value proposition, and key differentiators.

  • Professionally represent Hike2 at industry and partner conferences.




Job requirements


  • Proven track record of success in selling data programs and services to a diverse range of enterprise clients.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and develop tailored data solutions that address their specific business challenges and objectives.

  • Experience in articulating the value proposition of data programs and services, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of data analytics technologies, methodologies, and industry trends, with the ability to stay abreast of advancements and innovations in the field.

  • Demonstrated experience exceeding quota expectations fo $8-10M annually.

  • 10+ years of experience in a consulting environment

  • Bachelor’s degree, required

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse environment
