Who You Are

You are a client-facing, detail oriented individual who is personable with a “can-do” attitude and can adapt to various challenges in different settings. An ideal applicant should demonstrate the ability to deliver creative and analytical solutions in a fast paced problem-solving environment in addition to being able to configure business solutions using the Salesforce platform. The ability to pay attention to detail while maintaining excellent organizational skills is highly valued. You should possess strong time management skills and be able to work at a self-directed pace to meet deadlines.

What You’ll Do

  • Consult with key client stakeholders and end users to gather and confirm business requirements.

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences.

  • Work with technical team members to test and verify custom solutions, integrations and migrations to ensure they meet the business requirements and the solutions are functioning per the stated design.

  • Manage several client engagements at once

  • Make recommendations based on the most up to date release offering

  • Maintain a backlog of requests for new requirements, bug fixes and process enhancements

  • Offer suggestions and recommendations during all phases of the engagement to ensure the intent of business requirements is understood by all stakeholders.

  • Work with clients and team members to develop and execute change management

  • Factilite cadence meetings with key stakeholders to review and prioritize backlog items

Your Skills & Experience

  • Be a self-starter who is familiar with Salesforce best practices

  • Be organized and able to track user stories and requirements while staying within the budgeted hours per month

  • Experience with speaking with and presenting to clients across industries

  • At least 3 years’ experience serving as a Salesforce Administrator for a company in a day to day support and maintenance capacity

  • Salesforce Admin certification is preferred.
