You are a client-facing, detail oriented individual who is personable with a “can-do” attitude and can adapt to various challenges in different settings. An ideal applicant should demonstrate the ability to deliver creative and analytical solutions in a fast paced problem-solving environment in addition to being able to configure business solutions using the Salesforce platform. The ability to pay attention to detail while maintaining excellent organizational skills is highly valued. You should possess strong time management skills and be able to work at a self-directed pace to meet deadlines.


  • Consult with key client stakeholders and end users to gather and confirm business requirements.

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences.

  • Facilitate client workshops and design sessions

  • Business analysis and business process design


  • Author user stories, acceptance criteria and define to-be process flows to support the Salesforce solution design process.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to design solutions based on the authored user stories and ensure client’s needs will be met.

  • Offer suggestions and recommendations during all phases of the project to ensure the intent of business requirements is understood by all stakeholders.

  • Work with clients and team members to develop and execute change management and training plans.

  • Participate in key meetings with project stakeholders including workshops, requirement gathering sessions, solution sprint demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training.

  • Facilitate in-person client meetings (occasional travel may be required)

Job requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (Preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience with setup and configuration.
  • 3+ years of soliciting, gathering and analyzing stakeholder input and requirements
  • Experience documenting user stories, acceptance criteria and creating to-be process flow diagrams.
  • Experience collaborating with clients and project team members.
  • Experience with Salesforce implementations through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
