Who You Are:

You are a current college student at a local (Denver, CO and surrounding) University, who is interested in working 16 hours a week during the Spring 2024 (current) semester and staying into Summer 2024 (full time hours available) and into the Fall 2024 semester. You MUST be local to Denver and a current student with a 2025 graduation date to apply. We are happy to work around your class schedule during the semester.

You are a detail oriented individual who is personable with a “can-do” attitude that adapts to various challenges in different settings. The ability to pay attention to detail while maintaining excellent organizational skills is highly valued. You should possess strong time management skills and be able to work at a self-directed pace to meet deadlines.

We are looking for an intern (16 hrs a week during the semester/full time in the Summer) to support our company in its Marketing activities. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company. This is a small, flexible team and is specifically targeted for work at Great Data Minds, a Hike2 company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

  • Supporting marketing executives in organizing, deploying, and reporting out on various projects

  • Assist with composing and posting online content on the company’s website, email and social media accounts

Systems Knowledge:

Basic knowledge in each of the following (or an eagerness + willingness to learn):

  • Website Management: Wordpress

  • Event Management: Eventbrite, Meetup, Zoom, Employee Portal (Intranet), LinkedIn

  • Email: Mailchimp

  • Design: Canva

  • Social: FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube

  • Analytics: Google Analytics

  • G-Suite: Email, docs, spreadsheets, slides
